We bought 100 acres right outside the city limits of west San Antonio. We often tell people that the only reason we could afford to buy this land is because it’s in rough shape. The previous owners used to operate a wild animal rescue. There many detriments opportunities to this property that make it unsuitable for traditional development which we will be describing in our blog.
